Just so you’re absolutely clear about what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you to ensure that you get the very best, personalized, state-of-the-art treatment…



Here’s what we Undertake and Guarantee:

  1. If you have a confirmed appointment time, we will never keep you waiting longer than it takes us to make you a nice cup of coffee, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that you’re completely comfortable. If we keep you waiting more than ten minutes past your appointment time, you will immediately be entitled to 10% off whatever treatment amount you spend that day.


  1. You will always be given the most professional, up-to-date advice. We are unquestionably the best at what we do in Hucclecote, and we back it with our No Questions Asked, 100% Money Back Guarantee. “If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your service here at Body Flair, we want you to tell us, right away discretely of course and give us the opportunity to either re-do your treatment at a time convenient to you, or refund your money.   1. Your treatment room will always be prepared for you and you alone. If there is anything that displeases you about your treatment room, please let us know. It will never happen again.


  1. Our premises are always spotlessly clean. Our towels are always freshly-laundered and smell nice. Our ‘tools of trade’ are always the latest available, and sterilized to national standards before every treatment.


  1. You will always be notified in advance of any changes we need to make to your treatment program, appointment times, or price alterations.


  1. Our staff will always be clean, neatly-presented and well-groomed.


  1. Sometimes it is necessary – and unavoidable – that we replace or change at short notice your chosen therapist. You will always be given the choice of accepting or rejecting this replacement, in advance.


In return, we expect and appreciate the following of you:


  1. You are on time. If you are not on time, you understand that you may not be able to have your chosen treatment at that time, or that your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.


  1. You pay the agreed treatment costs including the deposit of 50% at the booking stage. (Unless of course, under our Guarantee, you’re making a formal complaint)


  1. Please consider our therapists – and that your own personal hygiene is of a high standard.


  1. That you inquire in advance of your appointment time if you wish to bring a child or children into the salon.


  1. You understand that at the booking stage we require a non refundable 50% deposit, the remaining balance of your appointment will then be due at the time of your appointment.


  1. You understand that we require 48hrs notice to move or cancel a booking, any late cancellations or if you fail to turn up for your appointment your deposit will be lost as it is non refundable. For repeated cancellations you will be required to pay the full amount of your treatment up front


  1. You understand we do not offer a refund on opened product, however we are happy to exchange any un-opened items


  1. Gift voucher Terms & Conditions, all gift vouchers have 6 months expiry date on them, if your voucher runs out you may re-validate it buy paying 50% of the value of the voucher (voucher is £50 - you pay £25 to use full voucher amount).


  1. We will not accept gift vouchers for waxing as we believe this is not a gift its an essential, however you may request that your voucher be used for waxing at the buying stage. We also do not accept vouchers for product, again this can be requested at the buying stage.


  1. All vouchers can be used on treatment and treatment offers unless as part of our Christmas voucher offer, these vouchers can not be used against treatment offers as they are already part of an offer.


  1. If using the sunbed that you are over 18 with ID if necessary, and that you only use the sunbed a maximum of 3 times a week. That you use the sunbed room one at a time for health and safety reason. While using the sunbed you consider our other clients enjoying a relaxing treatment by turning phones on to silent and closing doors softly.
